Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we have developed the following refund policy to accommodate your needs while ensuring compliance with PCI standards for the security and privacy of your payment information.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available up to 2 weeks prior to the conference. After this period, we cannot offer refunds due to logistical and planning commitments. There is a $25 processing fee for all refunds.
To be eligible for a refund, you must have registered and paid for the conference through our official website.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For your security, we cannot process refunds to any other card or account.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact Nancy Holston at nancy@swtl.org. You will need to provide your registration details and the transaction ID from your payment confirmation.
Our team will process your request within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Security of Your Information
In compliance with PCI DSS requirements, we do not store your full credit card information on our servers. Any necessary information for processing refunds is handled in a secure manner, ensuring the protection of your cardholder data.
Our team will never ask you to provide full credit card details by email or phone. Please do not share this sensitive information outside of the secure payment process on our website.
Exceptions
Please note that any additional fees incurred during the registration process, such as processing fees or bank charges, are not covered by this refund policy and may not be refundable.
