The Society of Women Trial Lawyers is an inclusive, nationwide organization of women trial lawyers and the people who support them. We are dedicated to improving the professional and personal lives of ALL women trial lawyers. Our members enjoy the Society’s nurturing community of open-minded leaders in the legal profession.

We understand that circumstances can change, leading to a need to cancel your membership. Below are our terms regarding the cancellation of your annual membership:
Cancellation Period: Members have the right to cancel their annual membership within 30 days of the original sign-up date.
Refund Eligibility: If you decide to cancel your membership within this 30-day period, you are eligible for a full refund of the membership fee paid. Please note that after the 30-day period, membership fees are non-refundable.
Requesting a Cancellation: To request a cancellation, please contact Nancy Holston at nancy@swtl.org. Provide your membership details and the reason for cancellation. Our team will assist you with the process.
Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within [specify number of days, e.g., 7-10] business days upon receiving the request. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase, in accordance with PCI compliance standards.
No Prorated Refunds: Please be aware that we do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations made after the 30-day period. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Membership Benefits: Upon cancellation, all membership benefits and access to exclusive content will cease at the end of the current billing cycle.
Security: In compliance with PCI standards, we ensure the secure handling of your payment information throughout the cancellation and refund process. Your financial security is our top priority.
Changes to Policy: The Society of Women Trial Lawyers reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effectively communicated to our members through our website or via email.
