Hear real clients share candid views on lawyers, mediators, and the process, then discuss insights in interactive breakout sessions.
We worked with a filmmaker for over a year to create a first of its kind documentary where actual mediation participants were interviewed about what they really thought about trial lawyers, mediators and the mediation process. The results were surprising, thought provoking and very enlightening. This documentary reveals how trial lawyers and mediators can speak more effectively to decision makers during mediation.
